Doug has been in the industrial cutting and polishing industry for over 30 years, first as a gem cutter, then as Owner & Founder of Eastwind Diamond Abrasives, after he created his own line of diamond abrasive products.
Lisa Varney
Office Manager & Sales Specialist
Lisa has been with Eastwind Diamond Abrasives for 13 years. She knows all the ins-and-outs of Eastwind’s products and will help you with any order you have.
Roger Auclair
Manufacturing
Roger Auclair started at Eastwind Diamond Abrasives in May 2017 on a part time basis working with
Gary Merrill, Production Manager learning the industrial line. In January 2018 Roger came on board as a
full time employee to help with the manufacturing of our abrasives.
